摘　　要：试验旨在探究不同水平的地顶孢霉培养物对徐淮白山羊羔羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及免疫力的影响。选择体重相近、健康的徐淮白山羊羔羊48只,公母各半,分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只羔羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.25%、0.50%和1.00%的地顶孢霉培养物。预试期1 w,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,0.50%组羔羊的末重、平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);试验组羔羊的腹泻率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.50%组可以显著升高中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.50%组和1.00%组可以显著增加羔羊血清中免疫球蛋白G (IgG)水平(P<0.05);0.50%组可以显著增加血清中白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平(P<0.05),显著降低白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平(P<0.05)。研究表明,徐淮白山羊羔羊饲喂适宜水平的地顶孢霉培养物可以提高生长性能和机体对饲粮养分的表观消化率,增强机体的免疫功能,地顶孢霉培养物的最适添加水平为0.50%。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of Acrisporium terricola culture on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and immunity of Xuhuai white goat lambs.A total of 48 healthy Xuhuai white goat lambs with similar body weight,half male and half female,were divided into four groups with 12 replicates per group and one lamb per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were supplemented with 0.25%,0.50%,and 1.00%Acrisporiumterricolaculture of the basal diet.The test period was one week,and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily weight gain of lambs in the 0.50%group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate of lambs in the experimental groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 0.50%group significantly increased the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 0.50%and 1.00%groups significantly increased the immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels in the lambs'serum(P<0.05),the 0.50%group significantly increased the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the serum(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(P<0.05).The study indicates that feeding a suitable level of Acrisporium terricola culture can improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility,and enhance the immune function of Xuhuai white goat lambs.The optimal supplemental level of Acrisporium terricolaculture is 0.50%.
