摘 要:试验旨在探究菌酶协同发酵百香果壳对湖羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选取体重约为29.00 kg、健康的150日龄公湖羊32只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复2只湖羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组饲喂分别用10%、20%和30%菌酶协同发酵百香果壳替换花生秧的基础饲粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组湖羊总增重(TWG)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)极显著提高(P<0.01),分别提高了32.10%、32.10%和14.28%;试验Ⅲ组湖羊干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组湖羊DM、CP和ADF的表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清中总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLOB)含量和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著提高(P<0.05),分别提高10.86%、10.29%、和21.59%;试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清中免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)水平极显著提高(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著提高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,菌酶协同发酵百香果壳能够提高湖羊的生长性能、养分表观消化率、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,改善血清生化指标,其中30%添加量应用效果较好。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical,immunity,and antioxidant indexes of Hu sheep.A total of 32 healthy male Hu sheep with a body weight of approximately 29.00 kg and aged 150 days were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and two Hu sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere fed a basal diet with 10%,20%,and 30%of peanut straw replaced by microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,the total weight gain(TWG),average daily gain(ADG),and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of Hu sheep in experimental groupⅢwere extremely increased(P<0.01),with increases of 32.10%,32.10%,and 14.28%,respectively.The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in Hu sheep of experimental groupⅢwere significantly improved(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of DM,CP,and ADF in Hu sheep of experimental groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05).The total protein(TP),globulin(GLOB),and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in the serum of Hu sheep in experimental groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05),with increases of 10.86%,10.29%,and 21.59%,respectively.The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the serum of Hu sheep in experimental groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.01).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of Hu sheep in experimental groupⅢwere extremely increased(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell can improve the growth performance,nutrient
