摘 要:试验旨在探究饲粮中大蒜副产物添加比例对湖羊生长性能、血清生化、免疫指标及瘤胃内环境的影响。选取体况良好体重相近的湖羊96只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8只湖羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,T1组、T2组、T3组分别用13%、27%、40%大蒜副产物替代花生秧,各组精料比例一致。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,各组湖羊的生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。T2组湖羊血清中尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组湖羊血清中总胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),瘤胃正丁酸(BA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加大蒜副产物未对湖羊生长性能产生不良影响,27%的大蒜副产物添加量能够改善蛋白和脂肪代谢水平,优化瘤胃内环境。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of the proportion of garlic by-products added to the diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical,immune indexes,and rumen fermentation parameters of Hu sheep.A total of 96 Hu sheep with similar body conditions and weights were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and eight sheep per replicate.Control group was fed a basic diet,while groups T1,T2,and T3 replaced peanut straw with 13%,27%,and 40%garlic by-products,respectively,with a consistent concentrate ratio across all groups.The preliminary trial period was 10 days,and the formal experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the growth performance among the groups(P>0.05).The serum urea nitrogen(BUN)content in the serum of Hu sheep in the group T2 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TC)content in the serum of Hu sheep in all experimental groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the butyric acid(BA)content in the rumen was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results show that adding garlic by-products in the diet has no adverse effects on the growth performance of Hu sheep,and 27%of garlic by-products can improve the protein and fat metabolism levels and optimize the rumen environment.
