摘  要:试验旨在探究饲料中维生素C (VC)不同添加水平对三角鲂仔稚鱼生长性能及抗氧化酶活性的影响。试验选取体质健壮、无病害、初重为(6.0±1.5) g的三角鲂仔稚鱼300尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。对照组饲喂基础饲料,C1组、C2组、C3组、C4组分别在基础饲料中添加200、400、800、1 600 mg/kg VC磷酸酯镁。预试期10 d,正式试验期50 d。结果显示,各试验组成活率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C2组、C3组、C4组显著高于C1组(P<0.05)。各试验组鱼体VC含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C3组和C4组显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。各试验组肝胰脏和肌肉中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),C3组MDA含量最低。C2组、C3组、C4组肝胰脏和肌肉中的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由回归方程计算可知,当饲料中VC添加水平分别为1 228.50、721.67、1 033.33 mg/kg时,T-SOD、CAT活性达到最大值,MDA含量达到最小值。研究表明,通过回归分析并结合各组成活率,建议三角鲂仔稚鱼饲料中VC适宜添加水平为678~1 456 mg/kg。The study aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of vitamin C(VC)supplementation in feed on the growth performance and antioxidant enzyme activities of Megalobramaterminalislarvae.A total of 300 healthy,disease-free Megalobramaterminalis larvae with an initial weight of(6.0±1.5)g were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while groups C1,C2,C3,and C4 were fed diets supplemented with 200,400,800,and 1600 mg/kg VC magnesium phosphate,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 10 days,followed by a formal trial period of 50 days.The results showed that the survival rates of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with groups C2,C3,and C4 showing significantly higher survival rates than group C1(P<0.05).The VC content in the fish tissues of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with groups C3 and C4 having significantly higher VC content than the other groups(P<0.05).The activities of catalase(CAT),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),and glutathione(GSH)in the hepatopancreas and muscle of the fish in all experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower(P<0.05),with group C3 having the lowest MDA content.The activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)in the hepatopancreas and muscle of groups C2,C3,and C4 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Based on regression equations,the optimal levels of VC supplementation in feed for maximizing T-SOD and CAT activities and minimizing MDA content were calculated to be 1228.50,721.67,and 1033.33 mg/kg,respectively.The study indicates that considering the survival rates and regression analysis,the recommended level of VC supplementation in the feed for Megalobramaterminalis larvae is 678~1456 mg/kg.
