摘  要:试验旨在研究复合微生物制剂对大口黑鲈养殖水质、生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。从6株益生菌中筛选水体净化能力较强的4株菌:地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis CICC 23433)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilisCICC22060)、沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustrisCICC23812)、植物乳植杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 6026)制备成复合微生物制剂。试验选择初重(86.58±0.81) g的大口黑鲈240尾,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,对照组不使用复合微生物制剂,试验组在每667 m2水面泼洒1 kg复合微生物制剂发酵液(1次/10 d)。试验期60 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验第60天,试验组养殖水体透明度提高70.03%,溶解氧含量增加16.78%,亚硝态氮含量下降91.96%,高锰酸钾指数下降43.36%,氨氮含量下降85.88%,总氮含量下降12.23%,总磷含量下降42.50%。试验组大口黑鲈的增重率比对照组增加了7.33%,存活率提升6.48%,特定生长率增加4.44%(P<0.05),血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性分别较对照组提高了5.91%、8.53%、29.74%、33.95%和7.89%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在养殖水体中加入复合微生物制剂能够有效改善水质,调节大口黑鲈的免疫功能,提高成活率和生长性能。The experiment was to study the effects of compound microbial preparation on the water quality,growth performance,and serum biochemical indexes of Micropterus salmoides.From the six strains of probiotics,four strains with strong water purification capacity were screened:BacilluslicheniformisCICC 23433,BacillussubtilisCICC 22060,Rhodopseudomonas palustris CICC 23812 and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 6026 were prepared into a compound microbial preparation.A total of 240 Micropterus salmoides with an initial weight of(86.58±0.81)g were randomly divided into two groups with six replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate.The control group did not use compound microbial preparation,and the experimental group was sprayed with 1 kg of compound microbial preparation fermentation solution every 667 m2 of water surface(1 time/10 d).The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,on the 60th day of the experiment,the transparency of aquaculture water in experimental group increased by 70.03%,dissolved oxygen content increased by 16.78%,nitrite content decreased by 91.96%,potassium permanganate index decreased by 43.36%,ammonia nitrogen content decreased by 85.88%,and total nitrogen content decreased by 12.23%,the total phosphorus content decreased by 42.50%.Compared with the control group,the weight gain rate of experimental group was increased by 7.33%,the survival rate was increased by 6.48%,and the specific growth rate was increased by 4.44%(P<0.05).The concentrations of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in serum were increased by 5.91%,8.53%,29.74%,33.95%and 7.89%compared with the control group,respectively(P<0.05).The results showed that adding compound microbial preparation in aquaculture water can effectively improve the water quality,regulate the immune function of Micropterussalmoides,increase the survival rate and improve the growth performance of Micropteru
