摘  要:为了优化两面针(Zanthoxylum nitidum)中氯化两面针碱、白屈菜红碱的提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法考察超声提取时间、乙醇浓度、液料比对氯化两面针碱、白屈菜红碱超声提取率的影响。结果显示,在提取时间37.5 min、提取两次、提取溶剂乙醇浓度60%、液料比20 mL/g的条件下,两面针氯化两面针碱、白屈菜红碱的提取率最高,分别为0.347%、0.475%,与预测值拟合率为98.6%、98.9%。研究表明,试验所用的提取工艺稳定可靠且简单高效,适用于两面针中氯化两面针碱、白屈菜红碱的提取,可为氯化两面针碱、白屈菜红碱进一步纯化提取和两面针作为天然抗菌饲料和禽畜药物研究提供参考。In order to optimize the extraction process of nitidine chloride and chelerythrine chloride from Zanthoxylum nitidum,based on single-factor experiments,the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to investigate the effects of ultrasonic extraction time,ethanol concentration,and liquid-to-solid ratio on the ultrasonic extraction rates of nitidine chloride and chelerythrine chloride.The results showed that under the conditions of an extraction time of 37.5 minutes,two extractions,an ethanol concentration of 60%,and a liquid-to-material ratio of 20 mL/g,the extraction yields of Zanthoxylumnitidum alkaloid and chelerythrine from Zanthoxylumnitidum were the highest,reaching 0.347%and 0.475%,with fitting rates of 98.6%and 98.9%compared to the predicted values,respectively.The study indicates that this extraction process is stable,reliable,simple,and efficient,suitable for the extraction of nitidine chloride and chelerythrine chloride from Zanthoxylumnitidum,and can provide a reference for further purification and extraction of nitidine chloride and chelerythrine chloride from Zanthoxylum nitidum,as well as for the research of Zanthoxylum nitidumas a natural antibacterial feed and veterinary medicine for poultry and livestock.
