摘  要:试验旨在研究不同添加剂对紫花苜蓿与高丹草混合青贮品质的影响。将紫花苜蓿和高丹草以1∶1混合青贮,设置5组,每组3个重复。对照组(CK组)无添加剂,T1组、T2组、T3组、T4组分别添加0.5%乙酸、0.5%丙酸、0.5%丙酸+0.5%尿素混合试剂、0.001 7%乳酸菌菌剂。结果表明,T3组的青贮饲料干物质、粗蛋白、乳酸、粗灰分、钾、磷含量均显著高于其他组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维的含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。T3组的V-Score评分结果为良好,综合价值评价排名第一。研究表明,紫花苜蓿和高丹草混合青贮时添加0.5%丙酸+0.5%尿素,青贮品质较好。The experiment aimed to study the effects of different additives on the silage quality of mixed silage of alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid.The alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid were mixed in a 1∶1 ratio for ensiling,with five groups set up,each group with three replicates.The control group(CK group)had no additives,while groups T1,T2,T3,and T4 were treated with 0.5%acetic acid,0.5%propionic acid,a mixture of 0.5%propionic acid and 0.5%urea,and 0.0017%lactic acid bacteria preparation,respectively.The results showed that the silage dry matter,crude protein,lactic acid,crude ash,potassium,and phosphorus concentrations of group T3 were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),while the concentrations of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber were significantly lower than those of other groups(P<0.05).The V-Score evaluation result of group T3 was good,and the comprehensive value ranking was the first.The study indicates that adding the mixture of 0.5%propionic acid and 0.5%urea has the better effect on the mixed silage quality of alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid.
