山银花提取物的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用

摘  要:随着养殖业禁抗政策的实施,替抗饲料及添加剂成为养殖业的研究热点。植物提取物在动物生产中的应用研究逐渐增多,其具有促生长、抗菌、抗炎等功效,可以替代抗生素在养殖生产中应用。山银花是一类药食同源植物,富含黄酮、多糖、生物碱、绿原酸等活性成分。山银花提取物在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒及护肝等方面具有显著效果,在动物生产中不仅可以改善动物的生产性能,还可以起到防治疾病的作用,促进机体健康,在畜牧水产养殖中应用具有广泛的应用前景。文章从山银花提取物的主要活性成分、生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用进展进行综述,从机理方面揭示山银花提取物促进动物生产性能及机体健康的原因,为山银花提取物在动物生产中的应用提供参考。With the implementation of antibiotic prohibition policies in aquaculture industry,alternative antibiotic prohibition feeds and additives have become a research hotspot in aquaculture industry.Research on the application of plant extracts in animal production has gradually increased,which has the effects of promoting growth,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,and can replace antibiotics in the application of aquaculture production.Lonicerajaponicais a kind of medicinal and edible homologous plant,which is rich in flavonoids,polysaccharides,alkaloids,chlorogenic acid and other active ingredients.Lonicerajaponicaextract has significant effects in anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral and liver protection.In animal production,it can not only improve the production performance of animals,but also play a role in preventing and controlling diseases and promoting body health.It has a wide application prospect in animal husbandry and aquatic products.The article reviews the main active components,biological functions and application in animal production were reviewed,and the reasons for promoting animal production performance and body health were revealed from the mechanism aspect,providing reference for the application of Lonicera japonica extract in animal production.
