摘　　要：在人工智能兴起且飞速发展的时代,AI技术的应用虽然能够帮助教育者更好地为学生定制教学内容和方法,但是其在隐私问题、技术普及和教育资源不均等方面面临着挑战。在AI时代下,教育者需要积极探索个性化学习的方法,以更好地适应不断变化的学习环境,实现更有效的教学。教育改革不仅是必要的,更是可行的,学校要有信心在不断创新的教育模式中培养出更具创造力和适应力的未来人才。In the era of the rise and rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI),the application of AI technology,while assisting educators in better tailoring teaching content and methods for students,also faces challenges in terms of privacy issues,technology accessibility,and unequal distribution of educational resources.In the age of AI,educators need to actively explore methods of personalized learning to better adapt to the constantly changing learning environment and achieve more effective teaching.Education reform is not only necessary,but also feasible which will help cultivate more innovative and resilient future talents in the constantly innovative education model.
