摘　　要：随着科技飞速发展,当下社会对高素质创新型生物人才的需求也在不断增加,为满足社会发展的需要,各大高校每年都在为社会持续输送生物学科方向的人才。尽管高校是人才培养的主阵地,但从市场反馈来看,高校在培养人才的过程中已暴露出“现代分子生物学”教学上的诸多不足,这些问题亟待解决。从教材革新、教师教学观念培养、理论—实践的融合创新等方面提出了一些措施,帮助学生掌握知识、提高学习效率,以期发挥积极作用。With the rapid development of science and technology,the current social demand for high-quality innovative biological talents is also increasing.In order to meet the needs of social development,the major universities continue to convey the biological talents to society.Although colleges and universities as the main position of talent training,but from the market feedback,in the process of cultivating talents many deficiencies have been exposed in the process of modern molecular biology teaching,which need to be solved urgently.This paper tries to put forward some measures from the innovation of teaching materials,the cultivation of teachers’teaching concepts,and the innovation of theory-practice integration,etc.,to help students master knowledge and improve learning efficiency.
