摘  要:现代化产业体系是现代化国家的关键物质技术支撑,新型工业化作为其核心驱动力,正重塑产业格局。在数字化、智能化引领的新型工业化与产业数字化浪潮下,江西省及九江市积极响应,出台系列政策推动数字经济发展,助力产业与企业实现智能化、绿色化转型。这一趋势引发了对高素质应用型自动化专业人才的强烈需求。地方应用型高校肩负着为地方产业输送适配人才的重任,但传统以学科知识为主导的培养模式已难以契合当下需求。为贯彻教育部关于院校转型的指导意见,积极推进应用型转型,高校亟须将人才培养模式转变为以实践能力培养为核心。探索一条高效、科学的转型路径,这不仅是专业转型初期的工作重点,更关乎转型的成败。Modern industrial system serves as the crucial material and technological support for a modern country.New industrialization,acting as its core driving force,is reshaping the industrial landscape.Amid the wave of new industrialization and industrial digitalization led by digital and intelligent technologies,Jiangxi Province and Jiujiang City have actively responded by introducing a series of policies to boost the digital economy and assist industries and enterprises in achieving intelligent and green transformation.This trend has triggered a strong demand for high-quality applied automation professionals.Local applied universities bear the responsibility of supplying suitable talents for local industries.However,the traditional training model centered on subject knowledge can no longer meet current requirements.To implement the guidance of the Ministry of Education on the transformation of institutions and actively promote applied transformation,the talent training model urgently needs to focus on practical ability cultivation.Exploring an efficient and scientific transformation path is not only the key task in the initial stage of major transformation but also crucial to the success of the transformation.
