摘 要:随着教育事业的不断发展,以成果为导向、以学生为中心的OBE教育理念逐步被高校采纳。结合多年“家畜环境卫生学”的教学经验,从建设思路、目标定位、内容规划、教学模式、考核方式和持续改进等方面,论述了OBE理念指导下将PBL与TBL相结合的教学模式,旨在培养专业基础扎实且具有良好团队协作能力的创新型、复合型、应用型畜牧专业人才。在OBE理念指导下完成课程教学内容的重构,围绕课程知识精心设置教学问题,针对教学内容,组织学生以小组形式进行讨论和汇报,充分利用过程数据构建多元化考核体系,及时发现并改进教学中的不足,从而能更好地适应当今新农科发展对高质量畜牧业专业人才的需要。With the continuous development of education,the OBE educational concept which is resultoriented and student-centered,has been gradually adopted by colleges and universities.Based on the teaching experience of Animal Environmental Health for many years,the author discusses the PBL-TBL teaching mode under the guidance of OBE concept from the aspects of construction idea,target orientation,content planning,teaching mode,assessment mode and continuous improvement.It aims to cultivate innovative,composite and applied animal husbandry professionals with solid professional foundation and good teamwork ability.This paper reconstructs the teaching content under the guidance of OBE concept,around the course knowledge carefully sets teaching problem,according to the teaching content organizes students in the form of group discussion and report,makes full use of process data to build diversified evaluation system,and timely discovers and improves the teaching,so as to better adapt to the new agricultural science development and meet the needs of high quality animal husbandry professionals.
