前沿交叉方向研究生创新能力培养探索——以“力学超材料”研究方向为例

摘  要:“双一流”学科建设对创新型人才培养提出了新的要求。目前,创新性研究成果的产出多具有学科交叉的特点,前沿交叉研究有力地推动了新时代新技术、新模式的发展,并对创新型卓越人才的培养起到了关键促进作用。但是,对于研究方向具有交叉学科特点的在校研究生的创新能力提升仍然缺乏明晰的培养模式。以“力学超材料”这一基础前沿方向为例,探索了研究生创新能力提升的新方法。通过课程引导、课赛融合等方式,为学生提供交叉研究平台,激发研究生的创新思维,借助“互联网+”提供的优质科研论坛,让研究生及时获取新的前沿知识,并通过引入工程需求,启发学生对前沿知识应用的思考,以期为满足相关行业需求的创新型人才培养提供借鉴。The construction of“double first-class”discipline puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents.At present,the output of innovative research results mostly has the characteristics of interdisciplinary.Frontier cross-research has promoted the development of new technologies and new models in the new era,and played a key role in promoting the training of innovative talents.However,there is still a lack of clear training mode for the improvement of innovative ability of postgraduate students whose research direction is interdisciplinary.This paper takes mechanical metamaterials as an example to explore new methods to improve graduate students’innovation ability.Through the way of course guidance and course-competition integration,cross-research platform for students the innovative thinking of graduate students is stimulated.The high-quality scientific research forum provided by“Internet+”enables graduate students to obtain the latest frontier knowledge in a timely manner,and induces students to think about the application of frontier knowledge by introducing engineering requirements.This provides references for the cultivation of innovative talents to meet the needs of relevant industries.
