摘  要:提升学科交叉培养水平是当前高校金融专业建设的重要方向之一,如何优化金融专业学科交叉课程体系,关键在于能否反映行业实际需求。对5类金融行业从业人员学科交叉知识需求进行问卷调查,比较各金融行业学科交叉知识获取时在问题、目的、所属学科和途径上的差异。结果表明:(1)各金融行业拓展学科交叉知识面临知识广度和深度上的障碍;(2)课程设置既要满足传统业务所需的专业能力,也要满足新兴业务所需的创新能力;(3)专业界限将被进一步打破;(4)需要多元化授课模式。从行业实际需求出发,提出了未来优化金融专业学科交叉人才培养机制的建议。Improving the level of interdisciplinary education is one of the important directions for the construction of financial major in many universities.How to optimize the interdisciplinary curriculum system of financial major should reflect the actual needs of financial sectors.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the interdisciplinary knowledge needs of practitioners among 5 types of financial sectors,and compares the differences in questions they encountered,purposes,disciplines and approaches in acquiring interdisciplinary knowledge among different kinds of financial practitioners.The results indicate that:(1)People in each financial sector face obstacles in both scope and depth when expanding interdisciplinary knowledge;(2)The curriculum should not only cultivate the professional abilities required for traditional business,but also cultivate the innovative abilities required for emerging business;(3)The major boundaries will be further broken;(4)Diversified teaching techniques are needed.Based on the actual needs of every sector,suggestions have been put forward for optimizing the interdisciplinary talent training mechanism of finance in the future.
