摘 要:为提升洪水风险防控能力,迫切需要构建科学精准的防洪调度体系,防洪调度系统建设是实现水库等水利工程科学精准调控的重要手段。介绍了依托多层B/S架构体系,结合Vue、Node.js和ElementUI组件化开发技术等研发的一套高效、灵活的流域防洪调度系统。该系统能实现通用化防洪调度模型配置与调度范围灵活界定,支持规程调度、优化调度、指令调度、不拦蓄等多种防洪调度方式的模拟计算,成功应用于山东省大汶河流域的水工程防洪调度。通过在2024年汛期多次降雨洪水过程的实际应用表明,该系统能够快速演算多种调度方式下的防洪调度结果,为流域水工程实时防洪调度决策提供了精准、高效的技术支持,具备在其他流域水工程防洪调度实践中推广应用的潜力。To enhance flood risk prevention and control capabilities,there is an urgent need to establish a scientific and precise flood control dispatch system.The development of such a system serves as a critical tool for achieving accurate and scientific regulation of water projects,including reservoirs.This study introduces an efficient and flexible r basinal flood control dispatch system,which is developed by using a multi-tier B/S architecture,integrated with component-based technologies such as Vue,Node.js,and ElementUI.The system enables universal configuration of flood control dispatch models and flexible delineation of dispatch boundaries.It supports simulation calculations for various flood dispatch methods,including rule-based dispatch,optimized dispatch,directive dispatch,and non-retention strategies.Successfully applied to flood control dispatch of water projects in Shandong Province’s Dawen River Basin,the system demonstrated its efficacy during multiple rainfall-flood events in the 2024 flood season.Results indicate that the system can rapidly compute flood control outcomes under diverse dispatch scenarios,providing precise and efficient technical support for real-time decision-making in basin-scale water project management.The system shows significant potential for broader application in flood control dispatch practices across other river basins.
