摘 要:结合湖南省不同区域历史干旱特征规律划分干旱评估分区,并基于气象、水文干旱指标,参考现有旱情等级标准制定湖南省区域旱情等级标准。选择历史典型干旱年份(2003年、2007年、2013年和2022年)及8个典型代表性站点开展标准分析验证工作。结果显示:基于该旱情等级标准的旱情评估结果与实际干旱吻合率均达到75%以上,能较好反映湖南省各区域的实际干旱情势,可为准确识别、分析旱情态势及评估旱情提供技术支撑,为有效开展防旱抗旱减灾工作提供科学保障。Different regions of Hunan Province are divided into drought assessment zones based on the historical drought characteristic pattern,and the regional drought level standards of Hunan Province are formulated based on meteorological and hydrological drought indicators and with reference to the existing drought level standards.Typical historical drought years(2003,2007,2013 and 2022)and eight typical representative stations were selected to analyze and validate the criteria.The results show that the drought assessment results based on the drought level standard have an consistency rate of more than 75%with the actual drought,which can better reflect the actual drought situation in various regions of Hunan Province,provide technical support for accurately identifying,analyzing and assessing the drought situation,and provide a scientific guarantee for the effective implementation of drought prevention,drought mitigation and disaster relief work.
