摘 要:商业航天的发展使得现有的陆上发射场难以满足日益增长的发射需求。海上发射不仅能够作为陆上发射的补充,而且相比陆上发射,更具有灵活性强、发射经济性优、安全性高等特点。目前海上发射在标准化建设方面存在欠缺,陆上发射的很多标准不能够直接用于指导海上发射,需要建设由5个一级分支(基础与管理标准、海上发射场与维护标准、运输与总装测试标准、发射支持与飞行控制标准、环境保障标准)构建的海上发射标准体系,并针对海上发射的全过程以及全产品系统梳理国内外关于火箭发射的现有标准,细化标准体系,制定相应的标准。With the continuous development of commercial aerospace,the existing land-based launch sites are increasingly incapable of meeting the growing launch demands.Sea launch not only serves as a complement to land launch,but also features greater flexibility,better launch economy,and higher safety compared to land launch.Currently,there are deficiencies in the standardization construction of sea launch.Many standards for land-based launch cannot be directly applied to guide sea launch.It is necessary to establish a sea launch standard system composed of five first-level branches(basic and management standards,sea launch site and maintenance standards,transportation and final assembly and test standards,launch support and flight control standards,environmental protection standards).Moreover,for the entire process and all-product system of sea launch,the existing domestic and foreign standards for rocket launches should be sorted out,the standard system should be refined,and corresponding standards should be formulated.
