摘　　要：商业航天产品涉及多种环境条件,环境洁净度是其中重要因素之一,洁净室的内部环境及其控制是顺利进行产品总装测试的保证。梳理分析国内外商业航天领域采用的洁净室及相关受控环境标准情况,阐述采用相关标准对商业航天综合效益提升的影响,并就面向综合效益提升的商业航天洁净室标准化工作提出有关建议,通过“持续监测风险”评估获得成本控制收益,以持续提升商业航天产品的综合效益水平。Commercial aerospace products involve various environmental conditions,with cleanliness being a critical factor.The internal environment of cleanrooms and its control are essential to ensure a smooth execution of product final assembly and testing.This study reviews and analyzes cleanroom standards and related controlled environment protocols adopted in the global commercial aerospace field.It elaborates on the impact of adopting relevant standards on the comprehensive benefits of commercial aerospace activities and puts forward some suggestions for the standardization of commercial aerospace cleanrooms aimed at improving overall efficiency.By leveraging“continuous risk monitoring”to evaluate cost control benefits,this approach seeks to elevate the integrated performance of commercial aerospace products sustainably.
