摘 要:固体火箭发动机(简称固体发动机)点火装置作为专用火工品,其市场化、货架化程度较低。为适应新形势下型号快速发展的科研任务要求,破解固体发动机型号产品“研制周期短、质量要求高、系统集成多、资源保证难、成本控制严”的困难局面,开展去型号化实践。由固体发动机总体单位牵头,使用点火装置产品选型平台,采用“三位一体”方法开展去型号化工作;对点火装置去型号化产品按识别的型谱特征参数进行规划,建立满足使用要求的产品型谱;按照“零件标准化、组件模块化、产品组合化”的原则,消除点火装置作为固体发动机专用定制化产品的弊端,形成统一研制、组批投产与统筹验收的良好局面。Solid rocket engine ignition device as a special explosive products,its marketization,shelving degree is low.In order to adapt to the requirements of scientific research tasks with the rapid development of models under the new situation,the difficult situation of“short development cycle,high quality requirements,multiple system integration,difficult resource guarantee,and strict cost control”of solid engine model products has been solved,and the practice of de-modeling has been carried out.Led by the overall unit of the solid engine,the product selection platform of the ignition device is used to carry out the de-model work by the“trinity”method.The demodel product of ignition device is planned according to the characteristic parameters of the identified type spectrum,and the product spectrum meeting the requirements of use is established.According to the principle of“parts standardization,component modularization and product combination”,the drawbacks of ignition device as a customized product for solid engine are eliminated,and a good situation of unified development,batch production and overall acceptance is achieved.
