摘  要:金属波纹管是用于液体火箭发动机低温阀门动密封与传递气体或液体压力的零件,是重要的基础级产品。通过对液体火箭发动机低温阀门金属波纹管型谱的研究和实践,以“通用化、标准化、系列化”为原则对阀门金属U型波纹管规格进行压缩及优化,确定波纹管特征参数和主要参数,完成在役、在研产品规格的系列优化,明确波纹管型谱编制原则,形成的主要成果有1个型谱简表、2个数字化工具和3份管理文件,为波纹管的快速设计选用分析提供支持。同时,相关成果也在新阀门研制过程中得到了有效应用。Metal bellows,as crucial basic-level products,are components used for dynamic sealing in cryogenic valves of liquid rocket engines and for transmitting gas or liquid pressure.Through research and practice on the metal bellows type spectrum for cryogenic valves in liquid rocket engines,following the principle of“generalization,standardization,and serialization”,the specifications of valve metal U-shaped bellows are reduced and optimized.The characteristics and main parameters of bellows are determined,and the optimization of the specification series for in-service and under-development products is completed.The principles for compiling the bellows type spectrum are clarified.The main achievements include a simple type spectrum table,two digital tools,and three management documents,which provide support for the rapid design,selection,and analysis of bellows.Meanwhile,the achievements have been effectively applied in the development process of new valves.
