摘  要:紧固件是航天型号的基础零件,银镀层具有耐高温、磨损和高润滑的特性,可防止高温下服役的紧固件因高温氧化而发生粘结失效,但镀银层易发生腐蚀变色而导致紧固件防松性能、耐腐蚀性能降低。针对镀银紧固件腐蚀变色问题展开研究,梳理镀银紧固件在包装、运输、检验和贮存等环节造成紧固件变色的因素,包括:外部环境、内部原因、工艺条件、流程管控。识别各环节的关键管控点并提出针对性管控措施,固化成果后形成镀银紧固件管理标准并实施,提高了镀银紧固件质量管理水平。Fasteners are the most widely used basic parts in aerospace models.The silver plating layer,featuring high-temperature resistance,wear resistance,and high lubricity,can prevent the bonding failure of fasteners in high-temperature service due to high-temperature oxidation.However,the silver-plated layer is prone to corrosion and discoloration,which reduces the anti-loosening and corrosion-resistance properties of fasteners.This paper researches the corrosion and discoloration problems of silver-plated fasteners.It sorts out the factors causing the discoloration of fasteners in the processes of packaging,transportation,inspection,and storage,including external environments,internal causes,process conditions,and process controls.The key control points of each link are identified,and targeted control measures are proposed.After solidifying the achievements,a management standard for silver-plated fasteners is formed and implemented,thus it improves the quality management level of silver-plated fasteners.
