以启明里为例的历史街区建筑价值评估与提升策略探索

摘  要:不少历史街区建筑更新以物质层面为重,改造成果缺乏可持续的动力,价值评估是建筑保护更新的重要前提与出发点,促进更新须从多维度价值层面开展。从历史价值、艺术价值、科学价值、文化价值、社会价值五方面对历史街区建筑的价值体系进行梳理,以江门市启明里历史街区的建筑为研究对象,结合专家评价结果进行价值评估,分析更新成果的优缺之处,并针对改造遗存问题,从五维价值层面分别提出相应提升策略,旨在从价值提升角度为同类型历史街区建筑保护更新提供参考。At present,the renewal of buildings in many historic districts is focused on the material level,and the results of the renovation lack sustainable momentum.Value assessment is an important prerequisite and starting point for building protection and renewal,and the promotion of renewal must be carried out from a multi-dimensional level.The value system consisting of historical value,artistic value,scientific value,cultural value and social value is sorted out,and the buildings in the Qimingli Historic District of Jiangmen are taken as the research object,combined with the evaluation results of the experts to carry out the value assessment,analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the renewal results,and put forward the corresponding enhancement strategies from the above mentioned five-dimensional value dimensions in response to the problems of renovation,with the aim to provide a reference for the conservation and renewal of buildings in the same type of historic districts from the perspective of value enhancement.
