摘 要:以某维修车间为研究对象,调研了车间内污染物组成,实地测试了车间内污染物浓度,并把污染物测试浓度与相关国家标准进行了对比分析;对维修车间的通风系统进行了数值模拟,计算出了维修车间需要的通风量,并根据模拟结果,对维修车间排风口布置给出了优化方案。通过对维修车间内污染物浓度的实测、分析、模拟和研究,得出机械通风系统的改造优化方案,为同类型建筑的暖通设计及改造提供有力的理论依据和实践支撑。Taking a maintenance workshop as the research object,conducted research on the composition of pollutants in the workshop,tested the concentration of pollutants in the workshop on site,and a comparative analysis was conducted between the tested concentration of pollutants and relevant national standards;Numerical simulation was conducted on the ventilation system of the maintenance workshop,calculated the ventilation required for the maintenance workshop,and based on the simulation results,an optimization plan has been proposed for the layout of exhaust vents in the maintenance workshop.By measuring,analyzing,simulating,and studying the concentration of pollutants in the maintenance workshop,develop an optimized renovation plan for the mechanical ventilation system,provided strong theoretical basis and practical support for HVAC design and renovation of buildings of the same type.
