基 金:盾构隧道承插式管片施工技术研究。
摘 要:随着轨道交通的迅速发展,盾构法逐渐成为地铁隧道的主流施工方法。文章依托南京江心洲污水二通道直接控制型泥水平衡盾构过江隧道工程,针对隧道修建过程中遇到的二次始发停机时间长、穿越大堤堵塞、接收区沉降控制难等工程问题,提出了具体的施工控制参数与措施,形成了直接控制型泥水平衡盾构越江掘进关键技术,结果表明:在盾构长时间停机期间,需及时对掌子面进行稳定处理并实时检测,进行补浆;遇到泥浆堵塞情况,可以开启反冲刷模式,并通过减缓掘进速度、降低刀盘推力等方式保障压力稳定;采用“三轴搅拌桩加固+旋喷桩加固+穿越玻璃纤维筋洞门+水土中接收”的措施,可有效保障接收区稳定;采用上述施工参数与措施后,盾构掘进风险得到有效控制,降低了施工成本。With the rapid development of rail transit,the shield tunneling method has gradually become the mainstream construction method for subway tunnels.Relying on the Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Wastewater Channel 2 direct-control slurry balance shield tunneling project crossing the river,specific construction control parameters and measures have been proposed for engineering problems encountered during tunnel construction,such as long secondary starting downtime,clogging when crossing the dike,and difficulty in controlling settlement in the receiving area.This has led to the formation of key technologies for the direct-control slurry balance shield tunneling across the river.The results show that during the long shutdown period of the shield tunneling,it is necessary to stabilize the tunnel face in time,conduct real-time detection,and perform slurry replenishment.In case of slurry clogging,the reverse flushing mode can be activated,and the stability of pressure can be ensured by slowing down the tunneling speed and reducing the thrust of the cutterhead.By adopting the measures of“reinforcement with triaxial mixing piles+reinforcement with rotary jet grouting piles+crossing the tunnel portal with glass fiber reinforced plastic bars+receiving in water and soil”,the stability of the receiving area can be effectively guaranteed.After adopting the above construction parameters and measures,the risk of shield tunneling has been effectively controlled,and the construction cost has been reduced.
