摘　　要：以地铁隧道上盖TOD项目为应用背景,从基坑支护、土方开挖、转换结构施工等地下结构施工对已建隧道可能产生的各类风险进行分析,通过各工况的数据模拟,从安全可靠、施工便利、经济性等角度出发制定了各类风险的应对措施,为类似项目提供可借鉴的经验。Taking the TOD project on the top of subway tunnels as the application background,this paper discusses the key construction technologies of the top cover building from four aspects:foundation pit support,earthwork excavation,conversion structure construction,and site conversion.From the perspectives of safety,reliability,construction convenience,and economy,the key points and precautions for construction are summarized,providing reference experience for similar projects.
