摘　　要：林木是人类生存和发展的重要资源,具有重要的经济、生态和社会功能。为了满足社会对林木产品的需求,保护和改善生态环境,实现林木资源的可持续利用,通过对苗木的生长环境、生理特性和生长发育规律的认识,采取合理的育苗栽培管理技术和相应的管理措施,以提高苗木的生产力和质量,促进林木的健康生长。该文通过对现代林业育苗栽培管理技术的要点进行系统的介绍和分析,为相关人员提供科学指导和参考,以期促进现代林业育苗栽培管理技术的发展和应用。Forest is an important resource for human survival and development,and has important economic,ecological and social functions.In order to meet the social demand for forest products,protect and improve the ecological environment,and realize the sustainable utilization of forest resources,it adopts reasonable seedling cultivation and management technology and corresponding management measures to improve the productivity and quality of seedlings through the understanding of the growing environment,physiological characteristics and growth and development laws of seedlings.This paper aimed to introduce and analyze the key points of modern forestry seedling cultivation and management technology systematically,provide scientific guidance and reference for related personnel,so as to promote the development and application of modern forestry seedling cultivation and management technology.
