摘 要:[目的]研究油茶林下套种作物对土壤微生物群落的影响,为油茶林下套种技术提供理论支撑。[方法]利用宏基因组测序技术对单一油茶林地(CK)和油茶林下套种大豆(DD)、花生(HS)和辣椒(LJ)等土壤样品进行研究,分析不同套种模式下油茶林地土壤微生物的丰度和多样性差异。[结果]套种显著影响油茶林土壤微生物群落的丰度和多样性,增加了绿弯菌门和侯选鲁库细菌门等的菌群丰度,明确了不同套种模式下微生物群落在属水平和种水平上的差异。[结论]套种能够提高土壤的微生物菌群的丰富度和多样性,在改良油茶林土壤微生态中发挥重要作用。[Objective]To study the effect of interplanting crops on soil microbial communities in Camellia oleifera forests,and to provide theoretical support for C.oleifera intercropping technology.[Method]The soil samples were collected from single C.oleifera forests(CK)and interplanted with soybeans(DD),peanut(HS)and pepper(LJ),and metagenomic sequencing technology was used to analyze the abundance and diversity difference on soil microorganisms.[Result]The results showed that intercropping significantly influenced the abundance and diversity of soil microbial communities in C.oleifera forest,and the abundance of chloroflexi and candidate phylum Rokubacteria were increased.Moreover,the differential accumulated microbial communities were identified at the genus and species levels among intercropping treatment.[Conclusion]Interplanting could increase the abundance and diversity of soil microbial,and play an important role in improving the soil microecology of C.oleifera forest.
