摘　　要：粮食安全是“国之大者”,当好国家粮食稳产保供“压舱石”是东北的首要担当。辽宁省作为全国粮食主产省之一,近年来扎实推进种业振兴工作并取得了一定的成效,但同时也面临着诸多问题。该文从辽宁种业发展实际出发,分析了辽宁省种业振兴工作现状,总结了促进种业振兴、形成新质生产力的具体经验做法,指出了促进种业振兴发展过程中存在的问题,并对未来发展提出了相应的对策建议,以期为辽宁省种业发展提供参考。Food security is"the biggest of the country".It is the primary responsibility of Northeast China to ensure stable national grain production and supply"ballast stone".As one of the major grain producing provinces in China,Liaoning province has made some achievements in promoting the revitalization of seed industry in recent years,but it also faces many problems.Based on the actual development of seed industry in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzed the current situation of seed industry in Liaoning province,summarized the specific experience and practice of promoting the revitalization of seed industry and forming new productivity,pointed out the problems existing in the process of promoting the revitalization and development of seed industry,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for future development,in order to provide reference for the development of seed industry in Liaoning province.
