摘　　要：为了解安徽省农产品物流现代化水平,探索现阶段安徽省农产品物流提升路径,文章基于2012—2022年安徽省面板数据,分别从农产品物流规模与效益、农产品物流组织与体制、农产品物流基础设施与服务以及农产品物流渠道四个方面,综合运用熵权TOPSIS模型构建指标体系并进行测度评价,同时结合障碍度模型分析定位安徽省农产品物流现代化的主要障碍因子。结果显示:第一,虽然安徽省农产品物流现代化水平提升明显,但其内部子系统的表现存在差异,其中,农产品物流规模与效益子系统波动较大,影响了整个农产品物流系统的现代化进程;第二,农产品物流规模与效益子系统的障碍度数值波幅也较大,排名靠前的障碍因子有:物流活动生产率、流通利润率、销售利润率以及税收贡献率。据此,本文提出建议:一要加大农产品物流行业的数字化转型力度;二要强化农产品潜力挖掘与品牌塑造力度;三要积极构筑多方参与的农产品流通矩阵,加速安徽省农产品物流现代化进程。To assess the modernization level of agricultural product logistics in Anhui Province and explore pathways for its enhancement,this study constructs an evaluation system based on panel data from Anhui Province from 2012 to 2022.The system is divided into four dimensions:agricultural product logistics scale and efficiency,agricultural product logistics organization and structure,agricultural product logistics infrastructure and services,and agricultural product logistics channels.The entropy.weighted TOPSIS model is employed to measure and evaluate the modernization level,while the obstacle degree model is used to identify the main obstacle factors.The results show that:(1)Although the modernization level of agricultural product logistics in Anhui Province has improved significantly,the performance of its subsystems varies.The agricultural product logistics scale and efficiency subsystem exhibits significant fluctuations,which hinder the overall modernization process.(2)The obstacle degree values for the agricultural product logistics scale and efficiency subsystem also fluctuate considerably.The top obstacle factors include logistics activity productivity,circulation profit margin,sales profit margin,and tax contribution rate.Based on these findings,this paper proposes the following recommendations:(1)accelerate the digital transformation of the agricultural product logistics industry;(2)strengthen the exploration of agricultural product potential and brand building;and(3)actively construct a multi.stakeholder agricultural product circulation matrix to expedite the modernization of agricultural product logistics in Anhui Province.
