摘 要:为探究进口预旋特性对核主泵叶轮流场的影响,以“华龙一号”反应堆一回路系统为研究对象,通过数值仿真分析,提出叶轮叶片安放角修正策略。结果表明:主泵进口产生反向旋流,并沿流动方向旋流规律性增强;靠近叶轮进口时形成较为稳定的负预旋,该预旋的螺旋角范围在-15°~13°之间,平均旋流强度为3.5°;预旋作用增大了液体的入流角度,入流角增大后液体流动方向向工作面偏转,加剧了工作面上进口处的分离流损失。根据确定的进口速度矩的值0.2,对叶轮叶片进口安放角进行调整,调整后消除了叶片前缘的流动分离现象,同时对应调整叶片出口角,调整后提高了叶轮的压能转化效率。To explore the influence mechanism of pre-swirling characteristics on the rotation field of the nuclear main pump,the primary system of the"Hualong one"reactor is taken as the research object,and the correction strategy of impeller blade placement angle is proposed through numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the main pump inlet produces a reverse swirl,and along the flow direction,the regularity of swirls is enhanced.The negative pre-swirling becomes relatively stable near the impeller inlet.The helix angle of the pre-swirling ranges from-15°to 13°,and the average swirl strength is 3.5°.The preswirling increases the inflow angle of the liquid.When the inflow Angle increases,the liquid flow direction deflects to the working surface,which aggravates the separation flow loss at the inlet of the working surface.According to the determined value 0.2 of inlet velocity-moment to adjust the impeller inlet blade placement angle,the leading edge flow separation of the blade was eliminated.At the same time,the blade outlet angle was adjusted accordingly,which improved the pressure energy conversion efficiency of the impeller.
