摘 要:以阳离子树脂为载体,通过浸渍法,制备了一种新型Fe-H-732载铁树脂催化剂。基于单因素实验,研究了制备条件对Fe-H-732催化性能的影响规律。利用Fe-H-732活化过硫酸盐(PS)去除皂黄(MYG),考察了其催化性能及其降解机制。结果表明:在FeSO_(4)溶液浓度为0.05 mol·L^(-1)时,Fe-H-732对MYG去除率最高;Fe-H-732/PS对MYG的去除率比FeSO_(4)均相催化剂高71.8%,Fe-H-732显示出优异的催化性能;在硫酸根(SO_(4)·^(-))和羟基自由基(OH·)的作用下,MYG最终被分解成CO_(2)、H_(2)O和无机盐;Fe-H-732在重复利用5次后,对MYG的去除率仍高于97.5%,这表明Fe-H-732具有较好的稳定性。本研究结果可为高效低成本染料废水净化催化剂的合成提供参考。A novel Fe-H-732 was prepared by impregnation using a cationic resin as a support.The effect of the preparation conditions on the catalytic properties of Fe-H-732 has been studied based on singlefactor experiments.The Fe-H-732 was used to activate persulfate(PS)to remove Metanil Yellow(MYG),and its catalytic capacity and degradation mechanism were investigated.The results show that Fe-H-732 has the highest MYG removal rate when the concentration of FeSO_(4)solution is 0.05 mol·L^(-1).The MYG removal rate of Fe-H-732/PS is 71.8%higher than that of FeSO_(4),which indicated that Fe-H-732 exhibits excellent catalytic properties.MYG is eventually decomposed into CO_(2),H_(2)O and inorganic salts,under the attack of sulfate(SO_(4)·^(-))and hydroxyl radical(OH·).The MYG removal rate of Fe-H-732 remained above 97.5%after five recycling runs,indicating the great stability of Fe-H-732.The results of this study can serve as a reference for the synthesis of high-efficiency and low-cost dye wastewater purification catalysts.
