摘 要:采用核密度估计、Dagum基尼系数法和空间面板模型等方法,以每万人绿色技术专利申请数量作为区域绿色低碳技术创新水平的度量指标,对2007—2022年中国绿色低碳技术创新的时空演变特征及影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,我国绿色低碳技术创新水平整体呈现上升趋势,东部、中部、西部地区的绿色低碳技术创新水平依次降低,且三大地区的绿色低碳技术创新相对差距有所收敛、绝对差距仍在扩大,东部、中部和西部地区间差距是导致中国绿色低碳技术创新空间分布不平衡的最主要原因,地区内部差距和超变密度对其贡献较小。从地区内部差距来看,东部地区各省份间绿色低碳技术创新水平的差距显著高于西部和中部地区。从空间关系来看,我国绿色低碳技术创新存在省际的空间集聚效应和空间溢出效应。影响因素分析显示,人力资本投入、受教育程度和产业结构水平的提升可以促进绿色低碳技术创新,且具有正向空间溢出效应,研发投入和环保支出强度的提高有利于绿色低碳技术创新,但不具有空间溢出效应,外商投资的增加不利于绿色低碳技术创新,各影响因素对绿色低碳技术创新的空间溢出效应呈现出区域异质性。所得结论能够为推动绿色低碳技术创新活动得宏观政策制定,实现区域间绿色低碳技术研发、推广、应用协调发展等提供政策参考。The number of green and low-carbon technology patent applications at the province level are used to measure green and low-carbon technology innovation,this paper employed nuclear density estimation,Dagum Gini coefficient,spatial panel model to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of China’s green and low-carbon technology innovation from 2007 to 2022.The results indicate that:The level of green and low-carbon technology innovation in China is gradually improving.Meanwhile,the level of green and low-carbon technologies innovation in the eastern,central,and western regions has gradually decreased.Although the relative gap in green and low-carbon technology innovation among the three major regions is narrowing,the absolute gap is still widening.The differences between Eastern,Central,and Western regions are the main source of green and low-carbon technology innovation,while internal disparities and super density contributed slightly to it.From the perspective of spatial relationships,there is inter provincial spatial agglomeration and significant spatial spillover effects of green and low-carbon technology innovation in China.From the perspective of influencing factors,the improvement of human capital investment,education level,and industrial structure level can significantly promote green and low-carbon technology innovation,and the impacts have significant spatial spillover effect.The increase of R&D investment and environmental protection expenditure intensity are beneficial for green and low-carbon technology innovation,but the impacts do not have spatial spillover effects.The increase of FDI is not conducive to green and low-carbon technological innovation.The spatial spillover effects of influencing factors on green and low-carbon technology innovation are heterogeneous in different regions.The conclusions provide references for promoting macro policy formulation of green and low-carbon technology innovation activities,and achieving coordinated development of research a
