摘　　要：针对双碳目标下考虑碳成本的离散型制造企业某年的生产决策问题,提出了一种考虑碳成本的离散型制造企业产品生产优化决策方法。以碳配额和碳税限为界,将碳排放量分为低于碳配额、碳配额-碳税限之间、高于碳税限3个区间,以年利润最大化为目标,构建了一个考虑碳成本的离散型制造企业产品生产优化决策模型。设计了Excel VBA程序用于生成Lingo脚本程序、运行Lingo脚本程序,实现了模型的自动化求解。案例分析表明:企业利润随着年碳配额和年碳税限增加而增加,随着碳配额买进价与碳税价的增加而减少;碳税价对利润的影响波动小于碳配额买进价影响,年碳配额影响高于碳税政策的影响;结合实际情况应加大B、C产品的生产投入。研究表明所提方法能高效求解考虑碳成本的离散型制造企业产品生产优化决策问题。Aiming at the production decision problem of a discrete manufacturing enterprise considering carbon cost in a given year under the dual carbon target,a decision-making method for product production optimization of discrete manufacturing enterprises considering carbon cost was proposed.Taking carbon quota and carbon tax limit as the boundary,carbon emissions were divided into three areas:below carbon quota,between carbon quota and carbon tax limit,and above carbon tax limit.Based on this,with the goal of maximizing annual profit,a decision-making method for product production optimization of discrete manufacturing enterprises considering carbon cost was established.The Excel VBA program was designed to create a Lingo script program and run the Lingo script program to realize the automatic solution of the model.The case studies show that the profits of manufacturing enterprises increase with the increase of annual carbon quota and annual carbon tax limit,and decrease with the increase of carbon quota purchase price and carbon tax price.The fluctuation of carbon tax price on profit is less than that of carbon quota purchase price,and the impact of annual carbon quota is higher than that of carbon tax policy.The production input of B and C products should be increased according to the actual situation.The research shows that the proposed method can effectively solve the product production optimization decision problem of discrete manufacturing enterprises considering carbon cost.
