摘　　要：补阳还五汤是古代名方,在临床中应用广泛,尤其在心系疾病之中,例如冠心病心绞痛、心力衰竭、心肌疾病等,效果明确.现将补阳还五汤对心系疾病的临床应用、组方分析及药理研究进行综述,期望对临床及科研有一定的参考意义.Buyang Huanwu Decoction is a renowned ancient formula that has been widely used in clinical practice,particularly in the treatment of heart diseases such as coronary heart disease with angina pectoris,heart failure,and myocardial diseases,demonstrating clear efficacy.This article provides an overview of the clinical application,formulation analysis,and pharmacological research of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the context of heart diseases,aiming to serve as a reference for clinical practice and scientific research.
