摘　　要：目的 探讨葛根素注射液联合倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)手法复位后残留眩晕的效果.方法 将2022年1月-2024年9月青海红十字医院耳鼻喉科收治的BPPV手法复位后残留眩晕患者82例随机分为两组.对照组(39例)给予倍他司汀治疗,观察组(43例)联用葛根素注射液治疗.比较两组头晕程度、前庭功能水平、中医证候积分、疗效等.结果 治疗前,两组头晕程度、前庭功能水平、中医证候积分、疗效无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BBS评分、疗效升高且观察组高于对照组,VSI评分、中医证候积分、头晕程度降低且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在倍他司汀治疗BPPV手法复位后残留眩晕的基础上,葛根素注射液的联用能够减轻头晕程度,促进前庭功能恢复,改善中医证候,疗效高,值得应用.Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin injection combined with betahistine on residual vertigo after manual reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods A total of 82 patients with residual vertigo after BPPV manipulation were divided into two groups by computer random table method from January 2022 to September 2024 in Otolaryngology Department of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital.Control group(39 cases)received betahistine treatment,observation group(43 cases)combined with puerarin injection treatment.The degree of dizziness,vestibular function,TCM syndrome score and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the degree of dizziness,vestibular function level,TCM syndrome score and curative effect between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,BBS score and curative effect were higher in observation group than control group,VSI score,TCM syndrome score and dizziness degree were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of betahistine treatment of residual vertigo after manual reduction of BPPV,the combination of puerarin injection can reduce the degree of dizziness,promote the recovery of vestibular function,and improve the symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
