摘  要:目的 分析天津市大学生献血相关血管迷走神经反应(donation related vasovagal reaction,DRVR)的影响因素,为降低大学生DRVR发生率、采取有效预防措施提供依据.方法 随机选取2023年1月-12月天津市参加全血捐献的大学生17533人次作为研究对象,分析发生DRVR相关影响因素、反应表现和类型及发生原因.结果 大学生DRVR发生率为0.92%;不同年龄、献血史、献血季节对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别、献血量对比没有统计学意义(P>0.05);多数为轻度反应,持续时间以5-10min为主,主要发生在采血后;主要反应原因是疲劳/睡眠不足和精神紧张.结论 大学生人群中,低年龄(<23岁)、初次、夏季献血更容易发生DRVR,采血工作中应采取有针对性的预防措施,降低DRVR发生率.Objective To analyze the influencing factors of donation related vasovagal reaction(DRVR)in college students in Tianjin and provide basis for taking effective preventive measures to reduce the incidence of DRVR.Methods A total of 17533 college students who donated whole blood in Tianjin from January to December 2023 were selected randomly as the research subjects,and the influencing factors,reaction manifestations,types and causes of DRVR were analyzed.Results The incidence of DRVR in college students was 0.92%.There were statistically significant differences in DRVR incidence among different age groups,donation history,and donation seasons(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences were found among different genders and donation volumes(P>0.05).Most of the reactions were mild,with the duration of 5-10 minutes being the main one,and it mainly occurred after blood donation.The main cause of the reaction was fatigue/insufficient sleep and psychological stress.Conclusion In the population of college students,those under 23 years old,first-time donors,and those who donate in summer are more likely to experience DRVR.Preventive measures should be taken during blood donation to reduce the incidence of DRVR.
