基于PDCA循环的血液采供机制对血小板供需动态平衡调控的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨PDCA循环应用于无偿献血的采集和供应,对机采血小板供需动态平衡的调控影响.方法 以市中心血站供血科为枢纽,将烟台地区各临床用血医疗机构和市中心血站献血服务科互联互通,遵循PDCA循环管理的计划、实施、检查、处理步骤进行机采血小板的招募和采集,分析PDCA循环实施前后市中心血站供血科制定的采集计划量和献血服务科采集的机采血小板总治疗量的变化情况.结果 2022年2月-2024年1月,烟台市中心血站献血服务科采集的机采血小板为19882个治疗量,供血科制定采集计划17791个治疗量;将PDCA循环应用于献血招募后,采集的机采血小板数量增长10.44%,制定采集计划的血小板数量降低42.53%.结论 基于PDCA循环的献血招募机制有助于提高机采血小板的总治疗量,在维持最低库存量储备的基础上达到供给与需求的动态平衡.Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle on the dynamic balance of platelet supply and demand in blood donation.Methods With the blood supply department of the central blood station as the hub,all clinical blood medical institutions in Yantai area were connected with the blood donation service department of the central blood station,and the recruitment and collection of machine sampling platelets were carried out in accordance with the steps of planning,implementation,inspection and treatment of PDCA cycle management.The changes of the collection plan and the total treatment amount of machine collected platelets were analyzed before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle.Results From February 2022 to January 2024,the blood donation service department of Yantai Central Blood Station collected 19882 therapeutic doses of machine collected platelets,and the blood supply department formulated a collection plan for 17791 therapeutic doses.After applying the PDCA cycle to blood donation recruitment,the number of machine collected platelets increased by 10.44%and the number of platelets formulated in the collection plan decreased by 42.53%.Conclusion The blood donation recruitment mechanism based on PDCA cycle is helpful to increase the total therapeutic quantity of machine collected platelets,and achieve the dynamic balance between supply and demand while maintaining the minimum stock reserve.
