某高校门诊部药品效期报损原因分析及改进措施探讨

摘　　要：目的 汇总我院2年来门诊使用药品效期报损情况,分析报损原因,提出改进措施.方法 本次研究采用回顾性调查研究的方式,整理长江师范学院医院2022年5月1日-2024年5月1日门诊使用药品效期报损情况,将报损药品分为三类:注射剂型、口服剂型和其他剂型(包括呼吸道吸入给药、局部用药和舌下给药),对各类报损药品的数量、报损金额进行统计,计算报损率.结果 注射剂型报损率为0.52%,报损药品主要为抢救用药,口服剂型报损率为0.12%,以慢性病用药为主,其他剂型报损率为6.42%,主要为妇科用药.结论 校医院门诊药品效期报损率较高,以急救药品最为显著,需完善及细化管理,加强临床、药房互动和监督考核,以减少药品报损,避免药品资源浪费.Objective To summarize the situation of drug expiration reports in outpatient use in our hospital over the past two years,analyze the reasons for the reports,and propose improvement measures.Methods This study adopted a retrospective investigation to summarize the reported loss of efficacy of drugs used in outpatient clinics of Yangtze Normal University Hospital from May 1,2022 to May 1,2024.The reported loss drugs were divided into three categories:injectable,oral,and other dosage forms(including respiratory inhalation,topical,and sublingual administration).The quantity and amount of each reported loss drug were counted to calculate the reported loss rate.Results The reported loss rate for injectable formulations was 0.52%,with the main drugs reported being rescue drugs.The reported loss rate for oral formulations was 0.12%,with chronic disease drugs being the main drugs.The reported loss rate for other formulations was 6.42%,mainly for gynecological drugs.Conclusion The reporting rate of expired drugs in outpatient clinics of school hospitals is relatively high,with emergency drugs being the most significant.It is necessary to improve and refine management,strengthen clinical and pharmacy interaction and supervision and assessment,in order to reduce drug reporting and avoid waste of drug resources.
