安全护理在神经内科刺激性药物静脉输液中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 本研究旨在探讨安全护理在神经内科刺激性药物静脉输液中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年6月-2024年6月我院神经内科收治的60例患者为研究对象,将参与研究的对象随机分成两组,每组包含30例患者,其中,一组为对照组,另一组为观察组,对两组患者接受干预后的效果进行对比分析.结果 观察组患者在静脉炎和药物渗透等不良反应方面的发生率仅为3.33%,低于对照组的36.67%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05).在护理满意度方面,观察组患者的满意度达到96.67%,而对照组患者仅为66.67%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).此外,观察组患者在风险评估能力、固定方法、防脱管措施以及健康宣教方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 在神经内科刺激性药物静脉输液治疗中,采取安全护理措施能减少不良反应,并增强患者的满意度.此外,这种方法还能强化风险评估,改进固定方法,防止导管脱落,提升健康教育的效果.因此,安全护理值得推广.Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of safety nursing in intravenous infusion of stimulating drugs in neurology.Methods Sixty neurology patients admitted to our hospital's neurology department from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The participants were randomly divided into two groups,each containing 30 patients.One group was the control group,and the other group was the observation group.The effects of intervention on the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions such as phlebitis and drug penetration in the observation group was only 3.33%,which was lower than the 36.67%in the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction rate of the observation group patients reached 96.67%,while that of the control group patients was only 66.67%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group had significantly higher scores than the control group in terms of risk assessment ability,fixed methods,anti extubation measures,and health education(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of intravenous infusion of stimulating drugs in neurology,adopting safe nursing measures can reduce adverse reactions and enhance patient satisfaction.In addition,this method can strengthen risk assessment,improve fixation methods,prevent catheter detachment,and enhance the effectiveness of health education.Therefore,safety care is worth promoting.
