基于HAPA模型的护理干预联合饮食管理对头颈部肿瘤术后放疗患者症状和营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析对头颈部肿瘤术后放疗患者采用基于HAPA模型的护理干预联合饮食管理对其症状和营养状况的影响.方法 以本院在2023年1月-2023年12月期间内收治的80例头颈部肿瘤术后放疗患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用基于HAPA模型的护理干预联合饮食管理.比较两组患者的疼痛症状改善情况、营养状况及生存质量.结果 干预30d时,观察组数字分级法(Numeric Rating Scale,NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清总蛋白(Total Protein,TP)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)以及血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)含量水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)中的功能领域、整体生活质量领域评分高于对照组,症状领域、单一症状因子评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对头颈部肿瘤术后放疗患者,基于HAPA模型的护理干预联合饮食管理可缓解其疼痛症状,并能显著改善其营养状况、有效提高其生存质量,具有一定的应用价值.Objective The effects of nursing intervention based on HAPA model combined with diet management on symptoms and nutritional status of patients with head and neck cancer undergoing postoperative radiotherapy were analyzed.Methods A total of 80 patients with head and neck cancer who underwent postoperative radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on HAPA model combined with diet management.The improvement of pain symptoms,nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At 30 days of intervention,the Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of functional field and overall quality of life in EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of symptom field and single symptom factor were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with radiotherapy after head and neck tumor surgery,nursing intervention based on HAPA model combined with diet management can relieve their pain symptoms,significantly improve their nutritional status,and effectively improve their quality of life,which has certain application value.
