叙事心理干预模式在首诊癫痫儿童主要照顾者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 观察叙事心理干预模式在首诊癫痫儿童主要照顾者中的应用效果.方法 采用便利抽样法,抽取2023年5月-2024年5月期间我院收治的100例癫痫患儿的主要照顾者为研究对象,根据患儿住院先后顺序分成两组,每组各50例.对照组实施常规心理护理干预,在此基础上,观察组实施叙事心理干预模式.比较癫痫患儿主要照顾者心理状况、治疗依从性及满意度.结果 干预后,两组患儿主要照顾者SDS、SAS评分降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗总依从性比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);与对照组护理总满意度比较,观察组更高(P<0.05).结论 叙事心理干预模式可改善首诊癫痫儿童主要照顾者负性心理状态,利于提高患儿治疗依从性,且利于患儿照顾者对护理满意度的提升.Objective To observe the effects of the narrative psychological intervention model in the primary caregivers of children with epilepsy at first diagnosis.Methods Using convenience sampling method,100 cases of primary caregivers of children with epilepsy admitted to our hospital between May 2023 and May 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 50 cases each according to the order of the children's hospitalisation.The control group implemented conventional psychological care intervention,on this basis,the observation group implemented narrative psychological intervention model.Comparison of psychological status,treatment compliance and satisfaction of primary caregivers of epilepsy patients.Results After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the caregivers of the two groups of children with epilepsy were reduced,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05);compared with the control group's total treatment compliance,the observation group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group's total satisfaction with the care,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative psychological intervention model can improve the negative psychological state of the primary caregivers of children with epilepsy in the first diagnosis,which is conducive to improving the children's treatment adherence,and is conducive to the children's caregivers'satisfaction with their care.
