基于ERAS理念下护理在经皮椎体后凸成形术围手术期的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨快速康复外科护理在经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous Kyphoplasty,PKP)围手术期的应用效果.方法 选取时间段区间为2022年3月-2023年12月,均为至我院就诊行PKP治疗的脊椎压缩性骨折患者,共计100例,按照入院的先后顺序进行分组,每组均50例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取ERAS理念下的围手术期护理,对比两组患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、不良情绪(PHQ-9、GAD-7)评分以及对护理工作的满意度.结果 术前,两组ODI指数、VAS评分,均无明显差异,P>0.05,术后,观察组ODI指数、VAS评分以及焦虑、抑郁程度均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 快速康复外科护理应用于PKP围手术期中的效果显著,可显著减轻疼痛感,促进胸腰椎功能恢复,缓解不良情绪,提高护理满意度.Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)care on percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the perioperative period.Methods A total of 100 patients with vertebral compression fractures treated with PKP in our hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received perioperative care based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept.The Oswestry Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain,adverse emotions(PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores),and nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results Before the operation,there were no significant differences in ODI and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the operation,the ODI,VAS,anxiety and depression levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of ERAS care in PKP surgery has significant effects,which can significantly reduce pain,promote the recovery of thoracolumbar function,alleviate adverse emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
