护理专案降低肾穿刺活组织检查术患者并发症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理专案降低肾穿刺活组织检查术患者并发症的效果.方法 选取2021年10月-2023年10月行肾穿刺活组织检查术患者90例为研究对象,基于随机数表法将患者分为观察组45例及对照组45例,对照组行常规性护理,观察组行护理专案护理.比较两组术后疼痛情况、焦虑抑郁情绪、术后并发症发生率及患者穿刺满意度.结果 干预后观察组与对照组相比较,SAS评分与SDS评分显著下降(P<0.05).观察组穿刺后视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组穿刺配合率及满意率较对照组显著提升(P<0.05).观察组相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 护理专案可减轻肾穿刺活组织检查术患者穿刺期间不良情绪,提升患者穿刺配合度,减少患者术后并发症,促进患者术后康复,提升患者对护理工作的满意度.Objective To explore the effect of nursing projects on reducing complications in patients undergoing renal biopsy.Methods 90 cases of patients who underwent renal biopsy were selected as the research subjects from October 2021 to October 2023.The patients were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)based on the random number table method.The control group were received with routine nursing care,while the observation group were received with specialized nursing care.The postoperative pain,anxiety and depression,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction with puncture between two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group after intervention(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)of observation group after puncture were lower than control group(P<0.05),while hospital stay after surgery of observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).The puncture compliance rate and satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing projects reduce postoperative complications in patients undergoing renal biopsy,promote postoperative recovery,and enhance patient satisfaction with nursing work.
