摘 要:目的 探讨肠内营养护理核查单对神经内科重症患者肠内营养耐受性和喂养中断、达标情况的影响.方法 将安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经内科ICU的54例重症患者按住院前后顺序分为观察组和对照组,观察组27例,对照组27例.对照组给予常规肠内营养支持治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用肠内营养护理核查单的护理.比较两组患者干预前后肠内营养耐受性和喂养中断、达标情况.结果 观察组患者肠内营养耐受性评分低于对照组、喂养中断发生率(14.81%)低于对照组(40.74%)、7d热量达标率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肠内营养护理核查单有利于改善神经内科重症患者的肠内营养耐受性,减少喂养中断,促进喂养热量达标,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the effect of enteral nutrition nursing checklist on enteral nutrition tolerance,feeding interruption and reaching the standard in patients with severe neurological diseases.Methods 54 critically ill patients in ICU of Department of Neurology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were divided into observation group and control group according to the order before and after hospitalization,with 27 cases in observation group and 27 cases in control group.The control group was given routine enteral nutrition support treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given enteral nutrition nursing checklist on the basis of the control group.The enteral nutrition tolerance,feeding interruption and reaching the standard were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The score of enteral nutrition tolerance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of feeding interruption(14.81%)was lower than that in the control group(40.74%),and the 7-day calorie compliance rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The checklist of enteral nutrition care is helpful to improve the enteral nutrition tolerance of critically ill patients in neurology department,reduce feeding interruption and promote the feeding calorie to reach the standard,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
