补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型PCOS患者的临床效果.方法将准格尔旗中医蒙医医院妇科的60例治疗肾虚血瘀型PCOS患者随机分为对照组(30例)、治疗组(30例).对照组给予口服克罗米芬治疗,治疗组采用口服克罗米芬联合补肾活血方治疗,治疗3个月经周期.以性激素水平[促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]、卵巢形态学、子宫内膜厚度以及临床总有效率为观察指标.所得数据采用SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析.结果治疗后,两组的性激素水平LH、E2、FSH显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度显著增厚,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组卵巢体积、卵泡数量均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组卵泡最大直径均增加,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05).结论对肾虚血瘀型PCOS患者给予补肾活血方治疗,可以改善性激素水平,增厚子宫内膜,改善卵巢形态,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome from the gynecology department of Zhungeer Banner Zhongyi Mengyi Hospital were randomly divided into a control group(30 patients)and a treatment group(30 patients).The control group was given oral clomiphene citrate treatment,while the treatment group received oral clomiphene citrate combined with Bushen Huoxue Prescription for three menstrual cycles.The observation indicators included sex hormone levels[luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],ovarian morphology,endometrial thickness,and clinical effectiveness.The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 software.Results The sex hormone levels of LH,E2,and FSH were significantly reduced in both groups,with the treatment group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness was significantly increased in both groups,with the treatment group having a higher thickness than the control group(P<0.05).The ovarian volume and number of follicles were significantly reduced in both groups,with the treatment group showing lower values than the control group(P<0.05).The maximum diameter of follicles increased in both groups,with the treatment group having a higher increase than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group,which was superior to the 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Bushen Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of patients with PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can improve sex hormone levels,thicken the endometrium,improve ovarian morphology,and enhance clinical efficacy,making it worthy of clinical promotion.
