中药热奄包治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 分析中药热奄包治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎(ML)的临床价值.方法 共纳入本院收治的60例ML患儿,时间为2022年8月-2024年9月,以随机数表法分为两组,即对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30),对照组予以常规西医治疗,基于此,观察组予以中药热奄包治疗,治疗7d,对比两组疗效、主要症状缓解时间;于治疗前、后,对比两组主要中医证候积分、血清炎性指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]、腹部彩超指标.并比较不良反应发生情况.结果 与对照组(73.33%)比较,观察组(93.33%)总有效率更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组各项症状缓解时间更短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分及血清CRP、PCT水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组淋巴结横径、纵径均缩短,且观察组短于对照组(P<0.05).两组均未发生不良反应.结论 中药热奄包应用于ML患儿中,可提高疗效,促进患儿症状缓解,减轻症状严重程度,降低炎性因子水平.Objective To analyze the clinical value of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(ML).Methods A total of 60 children with ML admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to September 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table:a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress treatment for 7 days.The efficacy and time to relief of major symptoms were compared between the two groups;before and after treatment,compare the main TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammatory indicators[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)],and abdominal ultrasound indicators between the two groups.And compare the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with the control group(73.33%),the observation group(93.33%)had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter time for symptom relief(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,serum CRP,and PCT levels in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the transverse and longitudinal diameters of lymph nodes in both groups were shortened,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups did not experience any adverse reactions.Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress in children with ML can improve efficacy,promote symptom relief,reduce symptom severity,and lower levels of inflammatory factors.
