通痹胶囊联合针灸治疗颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究通痹胶囊联合针灸治疗颈椎病的效果.方法 选择2022年4月-2023年4月我院收治的120例颈椎病患者,随机分为两组.对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组采用通痹胶囊联合针灸治疗.比较两组的疗效、症状评分、椎基底动脉血流动力学和不良反应.结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的颈肩疼痛、眩晕心慌、恶寒畏风、肢体麻木和颈背部僵硬症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的颈肩疼痛、眩晕心慌、恶寒畏风、肢体麻木和颈背部僵硬症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的血管搏动指数、收缩期峰值血流、阻力指数和平均血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的血管搏动指数和阻力指数低于对照组,收缩期峰值血流和平均血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的心慌、头痛、胃部不适和胸闷发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 通痹胶囊联合针灸能明显减轻颈椎病患者的症状,改善椎基底动脉血流动力学,安全有效.Objective To study the effect of Tongbi capsule combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical spondylosis.Methods 120 patients with cervical spondylosis from April 2022 to April 2023 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with Tongbi capsule combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Compare the efficacy,symptom scores,vertebral basilar artery hemodynamics,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of neck and shoulder pain,dizziness and palpitations,chills and wind aversion,limb numbness,and neck and back stiffness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of neck and shoulder pain,dizziness and palpitations,chills and wind aversion,limb numbness,and neck and back stiffness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the vascular pulsatility index,peak systolic blood flow,resistance index,and average blood flow velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the vascular pulsatility index and resistance index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the peak systolic blood flow and average blood flow velocity were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of palpitations,headaches,stomach discomfort,and chest tightness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongbi capsule combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis and improve the hemodynamics of vertebral basilar artery,which is safe and effective.
