肾康栓联合尿毒清颗粒治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者Scr、Ccr、24hUpm指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究对慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施肾康栓与尿毒清颗粒联合治疗后,患者Scr、Ccr、24hUpm等指标的改善情况.方法 选取2023年7月-2024年7月在我院进行治疗的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,通过随机数字抽签法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),观察组采取肾康栓与尿毒清颗粒联合治疗,对照组仅采取肾康栓治疗,对比两组治疗后的肾功能指标水平、免疫功能指标、心理状态及并发症发生率.结果 实施不同治疗方式后,观察组的Scr等肾功能指标均优于对照组,免疫功能指标中T细胞群、辅助性T细胞群高于对照组,细胞毒性T细胞低于对照组,观察组的焦虑抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,出现感染、电解质紊乱等并发症发生率低于对照组,两组治疗指标数据均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过联合药物治疗可有效改善患者肾功能,优化免疫功能,改善不良情绪,减少并发症风险,具有一定实际价值,值得临床推广应用.Objective To investigate the improvement of Scr,Ccr,24-hour Upm and other indicators in patients with chronic renal failure after the combination treatment of Shenkang suppository and Niaoduqing granules.Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure who received treatment in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a random number drawing method.The observation group was treated with a combination of Shenkang suppository and Niaoduqing granules,while the control group was treated with Shenkang suppository alone.The levels of renal function indicators,immune function indicators,psychological status,and incidence of complications after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After implementing different treatment methods,the renal function indicators such as Scr in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The immune function indicators,including T cell group and helper T cell group,were higher than those in the control group,and the cytotoxic T cells were lower than those in the control group.The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications such as infection and electrolyte imbalance was lower than that in the control group.The data of both treatment indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy can effectively improve patients'renal function indicators,optimize immune function,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce the risk of complications.It has certain practical value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
