摘　　要：在装配式建筑持续发展的背景下,新型预制墙板的应用日益普遍,墙板的系统性综合评价变得越来越重要。基于此,本研究系统搜集并整理了现行的墙板综合评价相关研究进展,旨在汇总已有的评价指标体系并解析研究中采用的综合评价方法。本研究进一步阐明并区分了墙板综合评价指标体系的两大类别,分别为多角度综合评价指标体系以及全生命周期综合评价指标体系。总结了预制墙板综合评价常用的方法,对比分析了各类赋权方法和评分方法在墙板综合评价中的适用性,其中赋权方法主要基于层次分析法,而各指标评分则更倾向于按评分标准给分法。最后从研究现状、指标体系、评价方法3个方面对当前的研究进展进行了总结,并对进一步开展新型预制墙板综合评价研究提出建议。With the continuous development of prefabricated buildings,the application of new prefabricated wall panels is more and more common,and the systematic and comprehensive evaluation of wall panels is becoming increasingly important.Given this situation,the study systematically collected and sorted out the current research progress related to the comprehensive evaluation of wall panels,aiming to summarize the existing evaluation index system and analyze the comprehensive evaluation methods adopted in the study.This study further clarified and distinguished two categories of comprehensive evaluation index systems for wall panels,namely the multi-angle comprehensive evaluation index system and whole life cycle comprehensive evaluation index system.This paper summarized the commonly used methods for the comprehensive evaluation of prefabricated wall panels,and compared and analyzed the applicability of various weighting methods and scoring methods in the comprehensive evaluation of wall panels.The weighting methods primarily relied on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the scoring of indicators tended to follow scoring standards.Finally,the current research progress was summarized in terms of research status,index systems and evaluation methods,and suggestions were put forward for further comprehensive evaluation of new prefabricated wall panels.
