摘  要:建设领域碳减排对我国完成2030年前碳达峰的目标有重要的战略意义,本文以夏热冬暖地区的中等城市福建省漳州市为例,从基准情景和控制情景2个方面分析了建设领域碳排放的主要影响因素,量化解析了各类减碳措施对实现漳州市建设领域碳达峰的影响程度。研究结果表明:综合应用了新建建筑节能、既有建筑改造、城镇可再生能源利用、用能电气化与农村可再生能源利用5种减排措施后,漳州市建设领域碳排放可较基准情景提前10年,即2029年实现碳达峰,达峰时的碳排放为754.9万tCO_(2),其中建筑可再生能源利用的减碳贡献尤为显著。The carbon reduction in the building sector is of great significance for China to achieve the goal of carbon peaking before 2030.This paper took Zhangzhou,a medium-sized city in the hot summer and warm winter region of Fujian province,as an example to analyze the main influencing factors of carbon emissions in the building sector in terms of both baseline and policy scenarios,and quantitatively analyzed the impact of various carbon reduction measures on achieving carbon peaking in the building sector in Zhangzhou.The results showed that after the comprehensive application of five types of emission reduction measures,namely energy saving in new buildings,renovation of existing buildings,urban renewable energy use,electrification of energy use,and rural renewable energy use,peak carbon emissions from the building sector in Zhangzhou can be achieved 10 years ahead of the baseline scenario,i.e.,peak carbon emissions of 7.549 million tons of carbon dioxide in 2029,of which contribution from the use of renewable energy in buildings to the carbon emission reduction is particularly significant.
